Oil on paper (painted with brush). This painting was inspired by Still Life with Eucalyptus, Peach, and Korean Bowl by Abbey Ryan. It also represents my little homage to Call Me By Your Name, a sublime love story. You may read my review of the movie here.
*The title is a play on Belgian surrealist artist René Magritte’s painting entitled “Ceci n’est pas une pipe” (This Is Not a Pipe) from 1929.
Oil on paper. This is the first one painted with a (small) palette knife. No more tablespoon!
It was inspired by Couple with Umbrella by GargoviArt which you may see here.
